shoulder workout
1- Stand in an open gate. Raise each arm overhead, with palms facing forward at 90 degrees and resting your palms on the door frame.
2- Slowly step forward with one leg. Feel the stretch in your shoulders and chest. Stand straight and do not lean forward.
3- Hold for 30 seconds. Step back and relax. Repeat this 3 times a day.
neck workout
1- Keep your neck in a relaxed position. Without holding your breath, rest your chin on the nape of your neck. You should feel a slight stretch around the upper neck.
Stay in this position for 2- 3 to 5 seconds. Slowly bring your neck to a normal position. You can do this 10 to 12 times a day.
