Hyderabad: A final year engineering student committed suicide in his hostel room in Ibrahimpatnam of Ranga Reddy district on Saturday. Sangepu Narendra (27), who was pursuing B.Tech final year at Gurunanak College and living in SV hostel, was found hanging from a fan in his room by the housekeeping staff. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the body to the local government hospital for postmortem. Narendra’s family members told the police that due to financial constraints, Narendra took up a part-time job in a private company.
