How to make Dry Peanut Chutney

Peanuts – 1 cup
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tsp

To make peanut chutney, first roast the peanuts in a pan on a low flame and take them out in a flat while moving with a ladle.
When the peanuts cool down, then mash them with your hands and remove the skin.
Put groundnut seeds, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, asafoetida and oil in a mixer jar and grind them well.
Peanut chutney is ready, take out the peanut chutney in a bowl and serve it with paratha, poori, vada pav or any of your favorite dish.
