Hero Xpulse 200 4VPro Dakar edition launched in India, Gets a price tag of Rs 1.68 lakh

Hero Motocorp has launched the Xpulse 200 4VPro Dakar edition. The motorcycle draws its inspiration from off-road motorcycle racer Ross Branch’s Dakar-wining motorcycle. The motorcycle does not offer any mechanical changes as compared to the regular Pro variant. Pricing wise, the Hero Xpulse 200 4VPro Dakar edition cost Rs 3000 more than the Pro variant.

Even though Hero has secured top 10 spot at the Dakar Rally for three times, this time they managed to secure second spot in 2024. The motorcycle manufacturer has introduced a special Dakar livery for their Xpulse 200 4V.

Specifications

When it comes to specifications, the Hero Xpulse 200 4VPro Dakar edition gets adjustable telescopic front fork with 250mm of travel. The rear adjustable mono-shock gets 220mm of travel. The seat height is 885mm and it is offered with handlebar risers.

The Hero Xpulse 200 4VPro Dakar edition is OBD-2 complaint and is E20-compatible. It produced 19.1hp and 17.35Nm. There are three ABS modes, Road, Off-road, and Rally. The Xpulse 200 4V Pro costs Rs 1.65 lakh. Speaking about the Dakar Edition, the motorcycle costs Rs 3000 more bringing the effective price to Rs 1.68 lakh.

Hero Xpulse 210

Hero MotoCorp has unveiled the new Hero Xpulse 210 along with new Xtreme 250R and the Karizma 250 at the EICMA 2024. Speaking about the new Hero Xpulse 210, the motorcycle gets an upgrade in both mechanical and technical aspect.

When it comes to upgrade, the Hero Xpulse 210 gets a 210cc single cylinder engine with 4 valves that is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The engine produces maximum power of 24.6hp and peak torque of 20.7Nm. The engine that is present on the new Hero Xpulse 210 is the same as the Karizma XMR but it produces more power at 25.5hp.
