Chandigarh: An alleged gangster from Jammu was shot dead by some unidentified people outside a shopping mall in Mohali, Punjab on Monday.
He said that the gangster has been identified as Rajesh Dogra alias Mohan Chir. Mohali police told journalists that there were four to five attackers who shot him dead.
During preliminary investigation, it was revealed that Rajesh had recently come out of jail and the incident is believed to be the result of rivalry between two gangs of Jammu. A rival gang carried out this incident. A police officer said both the gangs belong to Jammu and further investigation is underway.
