Patna: In a village located in Piplawan police station area of Naubatpur block of the capital Patna, five youths held her hostage and gang-raped a sixth class student. The eleven-year-old minor, who was going for coaching, was taken to the decoration warehouse. There they held her hostage and gang-raped her for two hours. When the girl became upset, the youth fled from the spot leaving the victim behind. To prevent her screams from reaching people, the accused had started the generator and the auto and left it on. The victim has accused five youths of the village of rape. After the complaint of the incident, the police have arrested one accused, while raids are being conducted in search of four accused who are absconding. Piplawan police station in-charge Rahul Kumar said that a case has been registered on the written complaint of the girl’s father. The girl’s medical examination and statement under Section 164 will also be recorded in the court on Saturday. The victim had left her home at around 3 pm on Thursday afternoon to go to coaching. The student had gone to the shop located near the coaching center to buy crisps. From there she was going towards coaching. On the way, the youth of the village caught him and took him to a nearby decoration warehouse. Gang raped there. When the girl did not reach her home after the coaching ended at five o’clock, the family members became worried. Investigation revealed that the girl had not gone to coaching on Thursday. Later the family members started searching for him in the area. When she went near the coaching center late in the evening, the victim was found in a delirious state in the decoration warehouse. The family alleges that the accused beat up the girl and also threatened to kill her by holding a pistol to her head. A complaint regarding the incident was lodged at the local police station on Friday. On Tuesday, in the Jaynandanpur village of Fatuha, there was a clash and firing between the two parties in the dispute that arose after molesting a woman. Krishnanandan Singh, an old man injured in the road blockade, died during treatment at PMCH while his son Bali Kumar is undergoing treatment. In this case, the deceased’s brother Devnandan Singh has filed an FIR against twelve while the victim woman has filed an FIR against five at Fatuha police station. Police Station Head Rupak Kumar Ambuj said that all the accused are absconding, raids are going on for their arrest.
