Fraud doing fraud by opening office in Raipur arrested, Kanker police caught him

Kanker. Kanker Police has arrested the accused from Raipur who committed international fraud by luring people to install dealership and modular kitchen in the name of a company named Advanced International. Kanker Police has registered a crime against the accused under Section 420 and arrested the accused from his office in Raipur. The police presented the accused in the court today where considering the seriousness of the crime, they have sent him to jail.

According to information received from the police, Kanker resident Ajay Gandhi lodged a complaint with the police on January 5. It was told in the complaint that the accused Yashwant Sinha, resident of Raipur, father RK Sinha had taken Rs 5 lakh from Advance International Company in the name of giving dealership of modular kitchen. The accused had promised that he would open an outlet of the company and would make available all the items of modular kitchen. But, the accused did not do anything like this and did not even return his money to the applicant.

Applicant Ajay Gandhi continuously contacted the accused and demanded the return of his money. But, the accused kept procrastinating on returning the amount. Seeing the intentions of the accused, applicant Ajay Gandhi lodged a complete complaint regarding this matter with the police. Where the police registered the crime in the case and arrested the accused Yashwant Sinha.
