‘Dhurandhar’ smashes box office records, crosses Rs 411 crore net in India

Mumbai: The Akshaye Khanna and Ranveer Singh-starrer Bollywood flick ‘Dhurandhar’ continues to dominate the box office, crossing the Rs 411 crore net mark in India.

The film has broken 19 box office records, becoming the highest-grossing film for director Aditya Dhar and Ranveer Singh’s biggest earner ever, surpassing ‘Padmaavat’.

The movie’s second weekend saw a staggering Rs 143.50 crore collection, the highest second-weekend earning in Hindi cinema. Critics and audiences alike are praising Ranveer Singh’s mature portrayal and Akshaye Khanna’s performance.

‘Dhurandhar’ has also outperformed blockbusters like ‘Pushpa 2’ and ‘KGF Chapter 2’, and is poised to enter the Rs 500 crore club. The film’s worldwide collection stands at Rs 625-630 crore, making it the fourth-highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.

The success of ‘Dhurandhar’ is attributed to its strong word-of-mouth, repeat viewership, and impressive screen presence.
