Court considered land registry of absconding Congress leader as void, know why

Raipur. The court has taken a big decision in the Mova land dispute. Former rural district president of Youth Congress, Asif Memon, had got Noor Begum’s land at Mova registered in his name, which has been declared void by the court. Congress leader Asif Memon sold this land to Noor Begum for Rs 3 crore 9 lakh seventy-six thousand and in return for it, he had given 7 checks while getting the registration done, out of which not a single check was cleared. After this, Noor Begum took the whole matter to the court, today the court gave a verdict in her favor and declared the Congress leader’s registry void.

Let us tell you that in this case, the court also ordered the police to file an FIR against the Congress leader and the Civil Lines Police registered a case of fraud 420 against the Congress leader. Since then, Congress leader Asif Memon is absconding and the court has also issued a permanent arrest warrant against him. Noor Begum has lodged a written complaint with the police citing threat to her life from the Congress leader.
