You can make potato halwa anytime, but it is especially eaten during fasting days. It is also very easy to make, so let us try the same today-
Material:
4 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1/4 cup sugar
2-2 tsp desi ghee and fresh cream
Half teaspoon cardamom powder
Few chopped mixed dry fruits
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, add mashed potatoes and fry.
Fry the potatoes on low flame till the pan starts leaving ghee.
Add sugar, cardamom powder and fresh cream and mix well.
Switch off the flame when ghee leaves the pan.
Garnish with mixed dry fruits and serve.
