In the case of death of a girl after getting trapped in a fly ash mixer machine a week ago in Kot of Sitapur police station area, the police have registered a case of culpable homicide against the operator of the plant. Police arrested the accused. The accused is a Congress leader. The police have granted him bail. According to the information, on February 14, Razmania (19) died after getting trapped in the mixer machine installed in the fly ash bricks plant in village Kot Gudipara of Sitapur police station area. She was cleaning the mixer machine during the incident. During that time someone started the mixer machine, due to which she got hit and seriously injured. Doctors declared him dead at CHC Sitapur.
While investigating the case, the police team found lapses in security measures at the fly ash bricks plant. The operator was found to be getting the work done by untrained artisans without adequate safety resources. While cleaning the mixer machine, the operator was found negligent in starting the machine. In this case, Sitapur police registered an offense under section 304 A against the plant operator, Congress leader Ganesh Soni (55). Police took action in the case and arrested the director Ganesh Soni. When the case was bailable, he was released on bail bond. After investigating the matter the matter will be sent to the court. ASI Shivcharan Sahu of Sitapur police station, head constable Ram Bachan Ram, constable Sanjay Ekka, Arjun Paikra, Manohar Paikra, soldier Ramesh were involved in the action.
