Kondagaon: A 16-year-old student hanged herself at home in Ward No. 10 Nayapara of Farasgaon on Monday night. The student has been identified as Tanu Bhaskar, father Shivprasad Bhaskar, resident of Kanker Kodobhat.
After seeing the hanging body of the minor, there is mourning in the house. The family informed the police about the incident. The police reached the spot and removed the body of the deceased from the noose at 10 pm and sent it for post-mortem.
According to the information, the deceased Tanu Bhaskar was studying while staying at her aunt’s house in Farasgaon Nayapara. She came to her maternal uncle’s house in the year 2020 to study from class 6th. This year in 2024, the minor was in class 10th. The reason behind the suicide of the minor is not known at the moment. However, the police started investigating the matter.
