Chandigarh: Notice to toy train operator, Elante Mall

Chandigarh: After the Additional Deputy Commissioner initiated an inquiry into the death of an 11-year-old child, show cause notices have been issued to toy train operators and Elante Mall management. They have been given 48 hours to file a reply. If they do not file a reply, action will be taken against them. The DC has asked the ADC to submit a report.
