CG News: Complaint filed in Women’s Commission against placement company employee Amit Mishra

Rajnandgaon. Rajnandgaon. The series of complaints against the placement company employee Amit Mishra in the name of investigation by the district police administration is not stopping now. This time a complaint has been filed in the National Women’s Commission against the former location officer. This time the complainant is not a contract worker but a woman officer of the Excise Department. The complaint she has made is a very serious matter. The Excise Department is posted in Rajnandgaon district. The women officers said that Amit Mishra, former location officer of Sumeet Facilities and Prime One Company, Rajnandgaon district, used to abuse and insult us in the office and by talking to us over the phone.

Amit Mishra used to refuse to go to shops and bars for inspection. He used to say. I am running this district, you people should not go to bars and shops without asking me. He used to call us in the office by the name of sahab and used insulting words like hey, you come, get out of here, you people do not do any work, I will get you transferred etc. and also used to say that whatever is happening in the shop, let it happen. There is no need to go to the shop, nor to write inspection. In this way, Amit Mishra, showing the power of sahab, used to stop us from doing our government work, and used to behave with us in such a way as if he is our officer. Go where I am telling you, do not go to shops here and there, in this way he used to talk to us by scolding us in harsh words. Amit Mishra often used to come to the office and comment on our clothes, he used to say.

What are you wearing, many times the dignity and respect of us women officers has been hurt by him. We used to be afraid of his behavior, he used to keep us all scared. Even though the head of the state is constantly instructing the police department to remain fit and fine, but the working style of the police in Rajnandgaon district seems to be going exactly opposite to this. The state of sluggishness of the police is such that despite not one, not two, but three applications being filed against a person Amit Mishra who had been running a department as his own under the protection of the officers for a long time, the police did not take any action. This puts the police department under suspicion and raises the question whether the police is giving protection to such a person, whereas Amit Mishra’s audio had gone viral a few months back, in which he also threatened to take action against the police administration while abusing them. Actually, the matter is of the Excise Department, where for the last several years an outsider named Amit Mishra had been playing a big game under the protection of the departmental officers.
