Bhopal: A minister’s brother went to a government office. He was furious over the rejection of his applications. He threatened a woman officer, saying, ‘I will knock your teeth out. On April 22, Inder Singh Chauhan, brother of Minister Nagar Singh Chauhan, went to the Janpad Panchayat office. He threatened, ‘I will knock your teeth out, I will bury you alive.’ He warned that everything here will go according to his word.
Meanwhile, a woman officer, Priya Kag, was deeply disturbed by the incident. She filed a complaint at the local police station. However, on April 24, he was arrested and produced in court, but was immediately released on bail due to illness and high blood pressure.
On the other hand, more than 25 criminal cases have been registered against the minister’s brother, Inder Singh Chauhan, in the last 32 years, including multiple charges of murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping, robbery, etc. However, he has not been found guilty in a single case.
