Bike rider hits from front, old man dies

Durg. In Durg district, three people, including a brother riding a bike, who were returning after seeing a relationship for their sister, were hit hard by another bike coming from the front. All three people riding the bike fell in the accident. The old man sitting behind on the bike suffered more serious injuries. He died during treatment. The matter is of Nandini police station area.According to the information, Mukesh Sen, a resident of Shakti Nagar Durg, along with his brother-in-law Dhananjay Sen and maternal grandfather Shivchand Sen had gone to village Pendri on bike to look for a boy for his sister. In the evening all three of them were returning back to the fort.

On the way, near village Ravelidih petrol pump, a speeding bike driver coming from Durg side hit him hard.In the accident, Mukesh Sen’s brother-in-law Dhananjay Sen’s leg and maternal grandfather Shivchand’s leg and head were injured. All three were taken to the district hospital. Where his maternal grandfather Shivchand Sen (80) died on Friday night. After getting information about the incident from the hospital, Nandini police station has registered an FIR against unknown accused and started investigation. Nandini police have registered a case of accident and culpable homicide against the unknown accused bike driver.
