Raigarh. Two habitual miscreants have been arrested by the Kotwali police for non-bailable offences. According to the information, last evening, Tuleshwar Prasad Sahu (30 years), living in Sindhi Colony Pakki Kholi Chakradharnagar, filed a report against two habitual miscreants of the city, Chahat Shukla and Sandeep Netam alias Shakal, in police station Kotwali and told that J.K. . He works as a cashier in a restaurant, at around 03.45 pm Chahat Shukla and Sandeep Netam came to the restaurant and forcibly demanded money for liquor, biryani, for not giving the money they beat up and ransacked the restaurant, on the report both the accused were booked under Section 294 Offense registered u/s 506, 323, 327, 427, 452, 506, 34 IPC.
Chahat Shukla, the accused who assaulted, has been accused of attempt to murder and accused Sandeep Netam alias Shakal Arms Act and many other cases. Kotwali police has also taken preventive action against the accused from time to time, looking at the seriousness of the case, the police team from the police station immediately raided the houses of both the accused who were absconding. This morning again the Kotwali police raided the houses of the accused and took both of them into custody and brought them to the police station.

On receipt of jail warrant against the accused from the court, the accused have been admitted to the district jail. ASI Rakesh Sharma, HC Sanjay Tiwari, Tarachand Patel, constables Narendra Bhardwaj, Sandeep Bhagat and Ajay Sai have played a special role in the detection and arrest of the accused under the leadership of station in-charge Kotwali inspector Shanip Ratre.
