Bhilai Nagar. To bring continuity in all the works of Nagar Palik Nigam Bhilai, Commissioner Rajiv Kumar Pandey is visiting any zone for inspection every day. He is also giving necessary guidelines to the concerned. As per the orders received, all the officers/employees of the field, whatever responsibility they have got, will visit their areas of work, will also upload photographs along with location during inspection. What work is being done, how much progress has been made, is it within the time limit, or outside, quality etc., will be uploaded in Google Sheet along with the progress of all the works.
Commissioner Pandey holds a review meeting every week. In which the work being done by all the officers/employees will be reviewed. When all the officers and employees will be in the field, the concerned agency will also work well. There will be a positive pressure. Mainly all officers/employees related to cleanliness, construction, garden, project, water distribution, property tax, land rent, water tax, etc. will share daily photographs in the corporation’s activity group while working with their respective responsibilities.
It will include Chief Engineer, Superintending Engineer, Zone Commissioner, Executive Engineer, Revenue Officer, Zone Assistant Revenue Officer, Health Officer, Zone Health Officer, Supervisor, all engineers, Urban Livelihood Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas, Pension, Mor Sangwari, Ayushman Card, Building Permit, Vehicle Branch, Illegal Construction, Garden, Mission Manager of Urban Livelihood Mission, CO, Demolition, Stray Animal Catcher, etc. as per the instructions received for other works.
