Currently, there are about 77 lakh ration card beneficiaries in the state. For e-KYC, the biometric of every beneficiary must be updated. Members who have got Baal Aadhaar will first have to get their biometric updated from the Aadhaar Seva Kendra. After this, e-KYC can be done from the e-POS machine of the fair price shop. The facility of e-KYC and renewal in ration card is free.
