In January 2023, Pankaj Kurre had transferred Rs 47,50,000 to the account given by Pankaj Kurre in the name of getting the dealership in his name to the sub-dealer of Danteshwari Auto Motor. In this regard, a contract letter was also made by Pankaj Kurre. After the contract letter, the operation of Danteshwari Auto Dealer was started by the applicant Abdul Rasheed.
The amount of vehicles sold during the operation was deposited in the account of Pankaj Kurre. After a few days, the applicant Abdul Rasheed told Pankaj Kurre that you are not the authorized agency of the company. Give complete information about the contract letter and amount transaction between us to the authorized office of the company. On which Pankaj Kurre refused to give any amount and refused to give the show room.
On the basis of the above written report of the applicant, a crime was registered against Pankaj Kurre in Kondagaon police station and taken into consideration. In view of the seriousness of the matter, a special team was formed by the Superintendent of Police to arrest the accused Pankaj Kurre. Under the guidance of SP Y Akshay Kumar, under the guidance of ASP Daulat Ram Porte and under the leadership of Police Officer Kondagaon, the accused Pankaj Kurre was arrested from Raipur on June 30 and 3 cars bought from the fraudulent money were seized. Inspector Prahlad Yadav, sub-inspector Kailash Kesharwani, sub-inspector of cyber cell Santosh Singh, in-charge constable 232 Rituraj Singh, Rajesh Manhar, constable 342 Narendra Netam had a special contribution in this action.
