Rajim. The Congress has suffered a major setback before the assembly elections. Late in the evening around 300 Congress workers of Rajim tendered their mass resignation. All these workers were angry with the expulsion of the district member. In fact, a few days ago the District Congress Committee had expelled the district member Santosh Sen from the party for 6 years. He was accused of raising slogans against his party in Chakkajam. It was said that he raised slogans against the MLA and the minister of the party. Now 300 Congress workers have resigned en masse in his support.
