Jaipur: Three-year-old girl Chetna is trapped in a borewell for the last 6 days in Kotputli-Behror area of ​​Rajasthan. A large-scale rescue operation is underway to rescue her. The girl is trapped at a depth of about 170 feet. Teams of NDRF, SDRF and local administration are continuously engaged in the rescue.

To rescue Chetna in Kotputli, three NDRF soldiers have descended into a 170 feet deep tunnel with an oxygen cylinder through a machine. Today is the sixth day of rescue to save Chetna. After digging a 170 feet drill parallel to the borewell with a piling machine, casing work was done in it. Now a tunnel will be built till the borewell in which Chetna is.

The district administration says that it may take a few hours to rescue Chetna. Meanwhile, the family accused the administration of negligence and said that they are working so slowly here, as if there is no one to see. The girl’s mother cried and said that Collector Madam, please save my daughter considering her as your own daughter. At the same time, the girl’s uncle says that the district administration is saying that you sit on the side, the work will be done like work. The administration is also being accused of changing the strategy due to negligence.

The rescue team has completed the work of digging a tunnel parallel to the borewell. Now trained soldiers have been lowered into the 170 feet deep tunnel. The team has prepared an 8 feet tunnel at 90 degrees, through which efforts are being made to reach Chetna. Weather became an obstacle in the rescue operation. Work had slowed down due to rain at the spot. The administration put up tarpaulins to avoid rain and continued the operation.
Chetna’s parents are very upset. Prayers are being done for the hungry and thirsty girl for 6 days. Chetna’s mother Dhauli Devi has been kept under the supervision of doctors after her health deteriorated. Hundreds of villagers are praying for Chetna’s safety at the spot. Puja-archana and havan have been performed there. The administration has also appealed to the people to maintain patience.
