2025 Honda Dio 125 with OBD2B complaint engine launched in India, Price starts at Rs 96,749

2025 Honda Dio 125 has been launched in India and the price of the scooter starts from Rs 96,749. The new version of the scooter is compliant to OBD2B norms and receives some updates. Multiple two –wheeler manufacturers in India are updating the engine in their vehicles. Honda is also updating its scooter line-up to meet the latest norms.

Honda Dio 125 2025 model is based on the same platform as Activa 125 and is powered by a 124cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The power output is 8.3hp and 10.5Nm. The engine also offers start/stop technology and offers enhanced fuel efficiency. Mechanically, the scooters remain the same as earlier as earlier.

Not the scooter gets 4.2-inch TFT display that was earlier introduced in Activa and Dio. From the display of the scooter, users can enable functions like navigation alerts, calls along with message notifications. The top spec H variant gets keyless ignition along with USB-C type charger. In terms of colour options, the Honda Dio 125 is offered in Mat Marvel Blue Metallic, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, Pearl Sports Yellow, Pearl Igneous Black and Imperial Red.

The 2025 Honda Dio 125 is offered in two variants only: base and H-smart. The base variant costs Rs 96,749 while the H-Smart variant costs Rs 1.02 lakh. The prices of the variants went up by Rs 8798 and Rs 7294 respectively. All the prices mentioned in the article are that of ex-showroom, Pune.
