Raipur news. Bicycle thief and accused Shahrukh Khan who bought the goods have been arrested. Priyansh Kumar Nayak and Dev Nagariya filed a report that they had gone for a walk/coaching on their bicycles when some unknown thief stole their bicycles from the incident spot Oxygen Garden and Taparia Coaching Class Civil Line Raipur. On which, on the report of the applicant, crime number 426/2024 section 303(2), 317(2) B.N.S. and crime number 457, 380, 411, 34 IPC was registered in Civil Line Police Station and investigation was taken up.
In view of the seriousness of the case, Civil Line Police Station, under the guidance of senior police officers and leadership of Police Station Incharge Civil Line, started investigation of the unknown accused by conducting detailed interrogation of the applicant and the people around in relation to the incident. The team members observed the footage of CCTV cameras installed at the place of incident and its surroundings and also deployed informers to trace the unknown accused. During this time, the team members received important information regarding the juvenile delinquent/accused involved in the incident. On questioning the juvenile delinquent about the incident, the team members accepted that he had committed the theft and told that he had sold 02 out of all the 10 stolen bicycles to junk dealer Shahrukh Khan. On the information given by the juvenile delinquent, Shahrukh Khan was arrested and 02 stolen bicycles worth about Rs. 35,000/- were seized from his possession and further action was taken against the accused/juvenile delinquent and separate action was taken against the juvenile delinquent under section 41(1+4) Cr.P.C.
