On the information of an informer, a person carrying illegal liquor was surrounded and caught.
When asked about his name and address, he told his name to be Arjun Gond, father Jagannath Gond, age 21 years, address Ward 11, BK Bagbahra Police Station Khallari, Mahasamund.
32 pauvas of desi plain liquor totaling 5 liters 760 ml and desi Mahua liquor were seized. A crime has been registered against the accused under Section 34(2) of the Excise Act and the accused has been arrested for investigation.
