Your game is over, Imran Khan: Maryam Nawaz

Islamabad (IANS) | Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz while addressing party supporters said, Imran Khan, your game is over. This claim was not made by Maryam and her party leaders for the first time, but this time, keeping in mind the mass exodus by the senior PTI leadership after the May 9 riots. The Express Tribune reported that against Imran it seems he is fighting a losing battle.

Addressing a youth convention for the first time after the May 9 riots, Maryam said, this change (referring to the PTI mantra change), will sink into the same open sewer from which it emerged.

Accusing Khan of masterminding the May 9 riots, Maryam said the people would not spare Imran and the judges, the Express Tribune reported, referring to Chief Justice Umer Ata Bandial.

Maryam slammed PTI workers and leaders for being cowards, saying that Imran and his party could not face difficulties even for a while, while his father Nawaz Sharif and his entire party stood in the face of audacity. The PML-N SVP said, those who tried to whip Nawaz Sharif have been flogged themselves.

Maryam said that no enemy would dare to do the kind of work Imran and his men had done. As per the Express Tribune report, as soon as Imran was arrested, his men started attacking military installations across the country in line with the already planned protests.

Why didn’t the protesters in Lahore turn to the Mall of Lahore, which is right opposite the Corps Commander’s residence? Why did he go straight to the cantonment in Quetta, instead of Lal Haveli in Rawalpindi to the GHQ and the FC in Peshawar?

Express Tribune said, why did they burn the aircraft symbolizing our valor and bravery in Mianwali? These attacks were on the Pakistani army.
