Raigarh. After a lot of efforts, the Jutmil police found the girl who had gone missing a month ago from the police station area. The accused youth was constantly changing his place along with the minor, whom the police today arrested from Sanjay Ogre (20 years), resident of village Tarpali. The girl’s mother filed an application at the Jutmil police station on March 19 and lodged a missing report of her daughter, saying that the girl had come to her maternal grandfather’s house in Raigarh and went away without informing on March 13, which could not be traced after a lot of searching. During the search for the missing girl, information was received that the girl was in contact with the suspicious youth Sanjay Ogre.
Who was constantly changing his place of residence, on which an informer was kept by the police station in-charge. Today, on the information that the girl was seen with suspect Sanjay Ogre in village Tarpali, a raid was immediately conducted by police station in-charge Jute Mill Inspector Mohan Bhardwaj and staff. From where the girl and suspect Sanjay Ogre were brought along. The girl’s statement was made to the female police officer in which she told that she was already known to Sanjay Ogre. On March 13, Sanjay came to pick her up on a motorcycle, who lured her to marry her and took her with him and established physical relations. After the statement of the girl, in the medical case, sections 366, 376 IPC and 4, 6 POCSO Act have been extended and the accused Sanjay Ogre, father Harishchandra Ogre, age 20 years, resident of Tarpali Ward No. 11, Chakradharnagar District Raigarh has been sent on judicial remand for arrest.
