Tamil Nadu: Hindu Makkal Katchi leader Arjun Sampath said the party will lose its deposit in all 234 assembly constituencies in Tamil Nadu.
Speaking to reporters after attending the Thanjavur, Orathanadu, Pattukkottai, and Peravurani assembly constituency meetings in Thanjavur on Thursday, Thavega Thalaivar Vijay said: “Thavega Thalaivar Vijay is not involved in full-time politics.”
Therefore, the youth should not be fooled by trusting him. Thavega will lose its deposit in all 234 constituencies because people will ignore him.
Hindu Makkal Katchi has held constituency meetings in more than 30 constituencies so far. Meetings will be held in the remaining constituencies over the next 15 days.
Later, the Hindu Makkal Katchi’s state convention, rally, and public meeting will be held on March 15 at the Chennai YMCA grounds. Arjun Sampath said that the Hindu Makkal Katchi will work in all 234 constituencies in support of the National Democratic Alliance.
Earlier, the meeting was chaired by District President Sai Raghu. State General Secretary S. Gurumurthy, State Youth Secretary P. Karthik Rao Bhosale, District General Secretary Ganeshan, City Secretary Satish Kumar, Youth Secretary Subhash, Union Secretary Veeramani, and others attended.
