Actually we want to take the issue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s memorial in the Arabian Sea to the 13 crore people of the state. We do not want to take the law in our hands in any way. We do not want to do anything outside the law. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj established Hindu Swaraj. He should keep his Gadkot fort in order. So I have been trying for 15 to 20 years. Raigad Authority was established on Raigad Fort. I forced the government for this. For the first time in 75 years, the improvement of Raigad Fort has started”, Sambhajiraje Chhatrapati said. “At that time, all the leaders wished that there should be a big memorial of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Mumbai.

Then in 2014, the Bharatiya Janata Party announced that we will commemorate Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the Arabian Sea. Also, just before the Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections in 2016, Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed Jal Pujan. When Prime Minister Modi comes to perform Jal Pujan, it means you have all the permissions. Also, the Prime Minister of the country will not come for Jal Pujan. I was also present at that place.
