Narayanpur. World Mental Health Day is celebrated on October 10, and this year’s theme is Mental Health at Workplace. Let us take active steps to make our workplace more sensitive and aware of mental health. The workplace is where we spend most of our time, and our mental state deeply affects our way of working, productivity and balanced work life.
It is important to do at least 30 minutes of exercise, yoga and meditation every day which helps in keeping the mind calm. Take some time for yourself every day, in which you spend time in your hobbies, interests or those tasks that make you happy.
Good sleep is essential for mental and physical health. By getting adequate sleep, you can start a new day with freshness. Taking small breaks in between can make you feel refreshed.
