Baghpat: A woman and her lover have been arrested for allegedly killing her husband for opposing the relationship in Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat district. Additional Superintendent of Police Narendra Pratap Singh said that on Saturday, information about the dead body of an unknown person was received in the premises of a closed factory near village Barka under Baraut police station. Upon receiving information, the police recovered the body, which was later identified as that of 35-year-old Imran. ASP said that during investigation we came to know that Rukhsana and her lover Hashim had murdered Imran on Saturday and thrown the body in the premises of a closed factory. The ASP further said that the accused confessed that they murdered Imran. He was against their relationship. Police said that Rukhsana had sometime back developed a relationship with Hashim, who lived in the neighbourhood, and her husband had strongly opposed it.
