There is waterlogging in houses and streets. Jal Vihar Colony, Anand Nagar, Raja Talab area, Telibandha Chowk, Ghadi Chowk, roads in front of CM House have been filled with water. Apart from this, water is also filled in areas like Civil Line, Narmada Para, Mauli Para.
Motorists are facing a lot of problems due to water-logged roads. In front of Telibandha Talab in Raipur, the work of making a drain is going on in Anand Nagar for the last 3 months. Due to which the commuters are facing a lot of problems. Local residents say that this problem is happening for the last 3 months. At the time of starting the work, the officials and the councilor had said that within 8 to 15 days the work of the drain would be done. But 3 months have been completed and till now the work is not completed.
