IT will be used in all important areas including monitoring of public welfare schemes, financial management, tax collection, registration, maintenance and amendment of land records. The use of National General Document Registration System (NGDRS) software will be implemented in all districts for transfer of land and buildings and other miscellaneous registered transactions. Geo-referencing of land maps will be done and land Aadhaar card will be issued by giving UL PIN number in each plot. Land records will be linked to civil courts. The process of land diversion will be made online and simple.
