Ultraviolette has finally launched the X47 Crossover electric adventure touring motorcycle in India. Ultraviolette X47 launched at an introductory price of Rs 2.49 lakh (applicable to first 1000 customers only). The original price of the motorcycle is Rs 2.74 lakh. It gets a distinct style and is based on the F77 platform.
The Ultraviolette X47 gets a different chassis and sub-frame (even though based on F77). The major highlights of the motorcycle include beak-style fender, dual-camera (dashcam) setup, radar technology (Hypersense), 30kW peak output and up to 323km range. When it comes to colour options, the motorcycle gets three paint schemes: Laser Red, Airstrike White, and Shadow Black. However, there is a special edition Desert Wing variant too.
Features
The X47 gets radar technology as standard and increases safety of the riders. It alerts riders with approaching vehicles during lane changes and also offers blind spot detection. Another feature that is offered in the radar system is rear collision detection capability.
The dashcam offered on the motorcycle offers 1080p video recording. The footage can be viewed on the display that is above the primary display.
Hardware
The electric motorcycle gets 41mm USD fork at the front and 170mm rear monoshock. In terms of brakes, the motorcycle gets 320mm front disc and 230mm rear disc. The ground clearance is 230mm. When it comes to weight, the top variant weighs 207kg.
The Ultraviolette X47 is offered in two battery pack options- 7.1kWh and 10.3kWh. While the 7.1kWh battery pack offers IDC range of 211km, the 10.3kWh option gives a range of 323km. Electronic features include switchable dual-channel ABS, traction control and brake regeneration.
In terms of output, the Ultraviolette X47 gets 30kW (40.2hp) and 100Nm.
Bookings for the electric motorcycle have started from today and the deliveries will be made in October 2025.
