Ujjain: Woman gym operator arrested in fraud case of Rs 70 lakh

Madhya Pradesh : Central Kotwali police has arrested female gym operator Nandini Joshi in a fraud case. Nandini Joshi and her partner Tanuja Goyal are accused of cheating a woman of Rs 70 lakh by luring her with high profits in property investment. TI DBS Tomar said that Mamta Jain, wife of Saubhagya Jain, resident of Gayatri Nagar near Bafna Park, had lodged a complaint in the case. Based on the complaint, the police had registered a case against six people Nandini, Tanuja, main accused her husband Rajiv Goyal, brother-in-law Ravindra Goyal, sister-in-law Sweety Goyal and father-in-law Krishna Goyal under sections 420, 406, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Of these, Krishna was arrested, but later he was released on bail.
