Surajpur. In Surajpur district, two children have died due to drowning in water. The team of District Disaster Response Force rescued the bodies of both the children and took them out of the water. At present the bodies of the children have been sent for post-mortem. The accident is a case of Nainpur of Kotwali police station area.
According to the information, 3 children living in Nainpur village had gone to take bath in the nearby Red River. While bathing, two children suddenly reached deep water and drowned. The third child somehow saved his life by coming out of the water. He immediately informed the villagers about this. The villagers informed in the Kotwali police station area. After this DDRF reached the spot and started rescue.
It is being told that the accident happened around 4:30 pm. The names of the deceased children are Hrithik (9 years) and Naman (10 years). Both were residents of Nainpur village. On receiving information, DDRF team took out the bodies of both the children. As soon as the news of children’s drowning spread, a crowd of people gathered at the spot. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire village and family due to the death of both the children.
