TVS Ntorq 150 launched in India, costs Rs 1.19 lakh for the standard variant

TVS Ntorq 150 launched in India as the most premium scooter offered by the company. The TVS Ntorq 150 costs Rs 1.19 lakh for the standard variant and costs Rs 1.29 lakh for the TFT variant. The Ntorq 150 is more affordable than its competitors-Yamaha Aerox 155 and Hero Xoom 160.

The TVS Ntorq 150 offers some design elements that are similar to the Ntorq 125. However, the older sibling makes a distinct impression in terms of design. There is new quad lamp LED projector headlight on the scooter along with small winglets. On the other hand, there are sharp tail lights on Ntorq 150 that offer a sharp design.

When it comes to engine, the TVS Ntorq 150 gets a 149c, single-cylinder motor that receives support for Integrated Starter Generator (ISG). The ISG offers small electric boost that adds to overall output. The engine generates 13.2hp at 7,000rpm and 14.2Nm of torque at 7,000rpm.

The frame of the scooter is reinforced version of the Ntorq 125. The scooter offers 12-inch wheels at rear and the front. The design of the wheels remains the same as the Ntorq RaceXP and XT variants.

The Ntorq 150 offers 2 riding modes- Street and Race along with traction control and single-channel ABS. In the street mode, the scooter offers peak output to 10.9hp. The scooter offers 13.2hp of power in the Race mode. When it comes to tech, the scooter gets Alexa integration, geo-fencing, Bluetooth connectivity and much more. Most features are offered on the top variant. The 5-inch colour TFT display is similar to the Apache RTR 310. On the other hand, the base variant gets split LCD/TFT display.

Colour options on the scooter include Stealth Silver, Turbo Blue, Racing Red and Nitro Green.

In terms of pacing, the TVS Ntorq 150 costs between Rs 1.19 lakh to Rs 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).AX
