Ingredients
1 spinach
1 cup corn (boiled)
1 onion
Half cup paneer
1 piece paneer
1 tablespoon butter
Half teaspoon carom seeds
Half teaspoon chili flakes
Salt according to taste
To make spinach-corn sandwich, first wash the spinach with cold water. – Now chop the spinach finely. – Now boil the spinach and wash it again with cold water. – Now keep the boiled spinach aside. – Now add 1 teaspoon butter in a pan. – Now add 1 chopped onion to it. When the onion becomes light brown, add boiled corn. – Now add spinach to it. Keep stirring well until the spinach leaves the water. When the water of spinach starts drying, add paneer and cheese to it. – Now add salt to it. Your mixture is ready. – Now take bread and apply butter and Schezwan chutney on it. – Now put this mixture on the bread and add oregano and chili flakes on top. Toast the bread with the help of a toaster. Your spinach-corn sandwich is ready
