4 tortillas
4 tbsp sandwich spread
2 tomatoes
1-1 Onion and Cucumber (cut into rounds)
chaat masala as per taste
For Onion Dumplings
1 cup gram flour
1/4 cup rice flour
3 onions (cut into rounds)
little coriander
3 green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp carom seeds
salt to taste
½ tsp fruit salt
Red Chili Powder and Turmeric Powder
oil for frying
for green chutney
1-1 cup green coriander and mint
½ cup curry leaves and peanuts
1 piece ginger
3 green chilies
1 tsp sugar
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients and grind them in a mixer.
Method
to make fritters
Mix all the ingredients except oil for frying. Make a solution by adding water as required.
Heat oil in a pan, add pakoras and fry till they become crispy.

Apply some oil on the tortilla and heat it in a preheated oven.
Spread the sandwich spread on the tortilla when it is crispy.
Keep onion, tomato, cucumber and onion fritters.
Add chaat masala and chutney and serve by rolling.
