Tripura: Highly qualified gymnast Dipa Karmakar once again performed impressively by winning three medals at the Campeonato National de Gimnasia Artistic Senior in Bhubaneswar. The championship took place at the Gymnasia Center located inside the Estadio Kalinga, where Karmakar displayed his exceptional skills on the third day of the tournament.
After an eight-year break in competitive gymnastics, Olympic athlete Dipa Karmakar showcased her extraordinary abilities to compete for gold in the normal category. She also received silver medals in the jump and asymmetric bars test in the women’s competition, a testament to her successful return to Gimnasia Nasional.

Railways’ Pranati Das was the highlight of the gymnastics show, she displayed exceptional skills and shone like a star in the competition. Pranati showed her versatility with incredible style by winning gold medals in Asymmetric Bars and Floor Exercise. In addition to these achievements, she also finished second overall in the women’s events, adding to her list of achievements.

The Ferrocarriles team maintained its dominance in the championship with the impressive contribution of Pranati Nayak. In particular, her gold medal in jumping and her bronze medal in balancing bars highlight her extraordinary achievements.
Tripura Minister Principal Professor L Dr Manik Saha lauded his impressive comeback and proudly highlighted that he had won three medals.
