For better implementation of revenue services and innovation, training of Patwaris of the district was organized today at Nav Kiran Academy Mahasamund. Collector Vinay Kumar Langeh instructed the Patwaris in the training to build a continuous relationship with the public for connecting with them and to discuss with them during field visits. He said that Patwari is the first step of the Revenue Department. They should keep meeting farmers and citizens in rural areas and try to solve their problems at the local level. mahasamund
Take initiative for the problems which are at the Tehsildar or Sub-Divisional level. Today at Nav Kiran Academy, Collector Vinay Kumar Langeh has instructed 20-20 Patwaris from all tehsils who know how to use smart phones well to create local WhatsApp groups. In which farmers, public representatives, Gram Patels and senior citizens of the area have been asked to be added. In the training, he gave necessary guidelines to the Patwaris regarding undisputed transfer, partition, demarcation, map entry, error correction, income caste residence for innovation in revenue services.
Collector Langeh said that the resolution of demarcation should be ensured within the time limit under the guidance of RI. Error correction accounts should also be compiled and the error correction should be resolved within three months. While preparing the encroachment register at the village level, the encroachment on government land should be recorded compulsorily and new encroachment should be stopped. He said that in the upcoming paddy purchase, a complaint can be received regarding the amendment of the area, which should be investigated immediately and action should be taken. Similarly, the work of map distribution should also be completed in the next 06 months. Every Patwari should set a target every week for map updating. He said that a resolution should also be passed in the special Gram Sabha regarding caste certificate and the names of school children should be added.
