Trailer crushes bike riders, 1 dead, 2 injured

Raigarh. A young man died in a road accident in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. Two people were seriously injured in this incident. The youth were going towards Urdana from CMHO Tiraha Road on a bike. The incident took place on Urdana Road in Kotwali police station area. According to the information received, Shivam Yadav 20 years, Vivek Kumar Devangan 14 years and Alok Yadav 17 years, who live in Beladula, left home on a bike this morning to get some goods.

After this, all three were going to Beladula from CMHO Tiraha via Urdana and Govardhanpur Road while roaming on the bike. Then on the way, between CMHO Tiraha and Urdana Road, the driver of a trailer coming from the front at high speed hit them fiercely while driving the vehicle carelessly. Due to this, all three fell from the bike. Vivek and Alok started writhing in pain on the road in a bloody condition. Shivam Yadav died on the spot. After the incident, a large crowd of people gathered and the Kotwali police was informed about the matter.

After which the police reached the spot and immediately the deceased and the injured were sent to the hospital for treatment. The Kotwali police has started further investigation in the matter. After carrying out the incident, the trailer driver fled from the spot. It is being told that the police immediately reached the spot and took the trailer into their possession. At the same time, information about where the trailer was going and where the accused driver is from has not been received yet. In this regard, Kotwali police station in-charge Sukhnandan Patel said that the road accident took place on Urdana Road. There is news of one death. After the incident, the injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment. Further investigation is being done in the matter.
