Tire killing breakers will soon be installed in Raipur, watch video

Raipur. It is going to be costly for people to drive on the wrong side in Raipur. The Municipal Corporation and the Traffic Police have installed tire killers on some roads of the city. It is clear from the name itself that this system will kill the tires i.e. it will directly destroy them. If a vehicle hits the tire killers that look like breakers, the iron spikes will directly enter the tire and cause puncture. These thorns are so big that the puncture will not be made, the tire will have to be changed directly. This kind of experiment is being used for the first time in the city.

Tire killers have been installed near Restaurant Kake Di Hatti on Ring Road No. 1, Fafadih One Way Up Side on Expressway and near Gauravpath Multi Level Parking. When the Municipal Corporation team was installing it on Friday, people were watching with surprise. Officials say that most of the people from these places drive from the wrong side. Due to this, there remains a risk of accident. Tire killer is being installed with the aim of stopping wrong side driving and improving the traffic system.

Officers said that a board will be put up some distance in advance to give information about this. On which it will be written, do not walk on the wrong side, there is a tire killer ahead. This system has been implemented in some parts of Raipur under the supervision of Municipal Corporation and Traffic Police Department under the pilot project. An effort is being made to bring discipline among those walking on the city streets.

Officials said that after the success of the pilot project, similar tire killers will be installed on all one-way roads. On Friday, when tire killers were being installed, a car driver was very careless. The car was driven over these tire killers from the wrong side. The result was that all four tires of the car burst. When the driver got down and saw the condition of the car, he was surprised. After some time, a towing vehicle was called and the car was removed.
