MCU movie: Marvel Studios has shared the final official trailer of Deadpool and Wolverine. It confirmed the return of a major Logan character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe installment. With Deadpool and Wolverine, the MCU timeline is about to release one of its most important and much-awaited Multiverse Saga films. Actors Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are in the lead roles in this film. Fans would be well aware that this is going to be the only MCU film to be released this year. For quite some time now, Deadpool and Wolverine has been the talk of the town as it is reportedly going to be a game changer for the franchise going forward. With the film releasing in theaters next week, Marvel Studios teased MCU fans with a final trailer. It begins with a voiceover from Ryan Reynolds, aka Deadpool, who says, “I know I turn everything into a joke..but I care.” “And I want to use it for something important,” he adds. He talks to Wolverine, played by Hugh Jackman, and offers to team up. “I waited a long time for this team.” “In my world, you are so respected. You were an X-Man,” he says.
After their conversation and some shots of Hugh Jackman’s character emerging from the water, Ryan Reynolds says, “You were an X-Man.” We also get some glimpses of the Wolverine movie, right up to Deadpool saying, “He was a hero in my world,” when Wolverine is shown lying wounded and unconscious, only to hear his daughter’s voice. Here we get a young Dafne Keen on screen, who plays Wolverine’s daughter as well as his clone in the franchise. She played Laura, aka X-23, in Logan (2017). The biggest thing to come out of the final trailer was the inclusion of actor Dafne Keen. Now grown up, she is returning as Laura as part of the Deadpool and Wolverine cast. At one point in the trailer, Logan can be seen explaining, “Whoever you think I am, you got the wrong guy.” To this, X-23 replies, “You always had the wrong guy, until you didn’t.” However, no other context behind the special reunion has been shared and fans will have to wait to see how the scene unfolds when the film hits theaters on July 26.
