Thief caught riding Pulsar in Kamal Vihar


Raipur: In view of the incidents of two-wheeler theft, Senior Superintendent of Police Dr. Santosh Kumar Singh has given necessary directions to all the police gazetted officers and station in-charges of Raipur district including the in-charge anti-crime and cyber unit to curb the incidents of vehicle theft and to trace the unknown accused and arrest them.

In this connection, the team of Mana Camp police station was patrolling in the police station area when a boy was going on a Pulsar motorcycle without number near Kamal Vihar Doomratarai Chowk, who was stopped by the team members and asked to present the documents of the vehicle. The boy, who is a child in conflict with the law, was continuously misleading the team members by not presenting any documents related to the vehicle. On strict interrogation, the child in conflict with the law told that he had stolen the vehicle from Arang police station area. On strict interrogation by the team members regarding other stolen vehicles, he told that he had also stolen 01 Activa vehicle from near a cloth shop in Police Station Mana area.

On which the child in conflict with the law was arrested and action was taken by seizing 01 stolen Pulsar motor cycle and 01 stolen Activa vehicle number CG/04/ND/1856 from his possession. A case number 345/24 under section 303(2) BNS is registered against the child in conflict with the law in Police Station Arang for the stolen Pulsar vehicle and in Police Station Mana for the Activa vehicle.
