On the basis of the report received from Block Education Officer Bhanupratappur and the attached photo/video against Pankaj Uike, he has been found to have come to school in a drunken state after consuming alcohol. His act falls in the category of arbitrariness and indifference towards duty as well as being contrary to sub-rules 1,2,3 of Rule 3 of CG Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965. He has been suspended with immediate effect under Rule 9 of the Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966. During the suspension period, his headquarters will be fixed as Block Education Officer, Development Block Antagarh and during the suspension period, he will be eligible for subsistence allowance as per rules.
