Raipur. A statue of Atal Bihari Vajpayee was unveiled at Fundhar Chowk. Chief Minister Sai said, “On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the architect of Chhattisgarh, Bharat Ratna, the revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, I paid tribute to him and participated in the inauguration program of 115 newly constructed Atal Complexes across the state from the Fundhar sports ground in Raipur.
He was in our hearts yesterday, and he will remain there tomorrow.
Atal ji was ‘unwavering’, and he will always remain ‘unwavering’.
Inauguration of Atal Complexes in 115 urban bodies of the state – a powerful initiative to take ‘Atal’s’ ideas to every person. On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of the highly revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, the Atal Complex at Atal Express-way, Fundhar in Raipur was grandly inaugurated, and the virtual inauguration of Atal Complexes in 114 other urban areas of the state was also completed. The life of the revered Atal ji, the architect of Chhattisgarh, is an indelible example of good governance, national service, and democratic values. By imbibing his ideals, our government is continuously committed to the progress and happiness of the people of the state.
Chief Minister Sai said that Atal ji’s entire life was dedicated to the national interest. Due to his protection of democratic values, establishment of good governance, and broad vision of public welfare, he will forever remain immortal in the hearts of the countrymen. He was not only a great statesman but also a sensitive poet, a visionary leader, and a compassionate public figure who made politics a powerful medium of public service. Chief Minister Sai said that under Atal ji’s leadership, the country received a new direction in development, transparency, and good governance. His resolve to deliver the benefits of development to the person standing at the last rung of society is still the central basis of our governance policy. This very spirit guides every program, scheme, and decision of the Chhattisgarh government.
Chief Minister Sai said that in Chhattisgarh, efforts are continuously being made to strengthen good governance through administrative reforms, transparent systems, timely delivery of services, and restoration of public trust. This journey draws energy from the thoughts, ideals, and inspiration of Atal ji.” The Chief Minister urged the people of the state to adopt the ideals of Atal Bihari Vajpayee – honesty, sensitivity, dialogue, and inclusive development – in their lives and work, and to become active participants in building a developed Chhattisgarh and a developed India.
