Haryana: Police has arrested a man for killing his brother in Fazilpur village of the district.
The deceased was identified as Gulshan from Saharsa, Bihar. According to the information, the victim was living with his brothers Vipin and Pawan in the fields of Kaptan Singh of Fazilpur village.
In his complaint to the Sector 27 police, the captain said that he found Gulshan’s body near a tube well in his fields. He told the police that there were many injury marks on the body.
According to the complainant, Vipin told her that both he and the victim were in an inebriated state at night and there was some dispute between them regarding the mobile phone. The complainant said that Vipin told him that he beat his brother with a stick and then he fell asleep.
After the complaint, police reached the spot and sent the body to BPS Khanpur Kalan for post-mortem. A case was registered against Vipin under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
On Monday, the accused was presented in the court, from where he was sent to judicial custody.
Pushed a 42 year old man
dies from the roof
One person died after allegedly being pushed from a terrace in Mahara village.
The deceased was identified as Rajkumar alias Raja (42). In the complaint given to Baroda Police, Jainkanwar of Mahara village said that his brother Rajkumar, who was a fast food vendor, had gone to the house of his uncle Om Prakash. He told that Ashok alias Shoki and Shyam of the same village were also present there.
He said that his brother Rajkumar had a fight with Ashok over some issue, which was related to Shyam’s daughter.
He said that Ashok pushed his brother from the terrace. “They took him to the civil hospital in Gohana, but the doctors declared him brought dead,” the complainant told the police.
Following the complaint, a case was registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
