New Delhi: According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature in the national capital on Sunday was 8.3 degrees Celsius, four degrees below the season’s average. Humidity at 8:30 am was 81 percent.
The weather office is predicting partly cloudy sky, rain and thundershowers.
According to IMD, the sky will be cloudy on Monday and there is a possibility of rain at night.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Delhi’s air quality index (AQI) at 9 am was recorded at 203, which falls in the ‘poor’ category.
AQI from 0 to 50 is considered “good”, 51 to 100 “satisfactory”, 101 to 200 “moderate”, 201 to 300 “poor”, 301 to 400 “very poor” and 401 “very poor”. Anything between 500 and 500 is considered “heavy”.
