The man shot 12 members of his family with bullets, police started arresting him

A man shot dead 12 members of his family in Kerman province of Iran. Whereas, three others were injured by bullets. Kerman police commander Nasser Farshid told reporters that the incident occurred at 4.30 am local time (01.00 GMT) in Faryab county, Tasnim news agency reported. The 25-year-old armed man opened fire on his two half-brothers and their family members in two houses. Xinhua news agency quoted Tasnim News as saying that Nasir Farshid said that the accused committed the crime due to ‘family differences’. Police have started a search operation to arrest him. According to Ibrahim Hamidi, head of Kerman’s justice department, the man used a Kalashnikov rifle to commit the crime, state media reported.
